Wendy Johnson-Willis - Wendy is a native and proud Charlottean.She has earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from North Carolina A&T State University and was a Child Welfare Collaborative scholar in the Joint Master of Social Work Program (JMSW) from University of Greensboro/North Carolina A&T State University.Wendy has over 13 years of experience in the social work fieldworking with children affected by trauma, child abuse/neglect and a complexity of social issues. In 2021, Wendy earned her North Carolina licensure in School Social Work and has grown an immense passion working with youth in the school setting.When Wendy is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, painting, and participating in outdoor adventures. Wendy looks forward to working with all students to engage, empower, and continue cultivating an Amazing Spartan culture.
